The Morning Magic ....

"Those that get up at 5am rule the world" - Robin Sharma

Every second brings

A fresh beginning,

Every hour holds

A new promise,

Every night our dreams

Can bring hope and

Every day is what you

Choose to make it.

Do you ever wonder why some days “get off” on the wrong foot? Why some days are not as productive as others? Why you are dragging through some days and floating through others? How your day turns out is directly related to the things you do and the thoughts you think in the first hour of the morning. That sets the course of your day, your mood, your energy, and your level of focus and concentration. If you want the day to be amazing and extraordinary, you have got to focus first on how you begin it.

Every day is a gift, a dear chance to strive to become a better person, to do sweet things for others, and to be of service to the world but before you can do any of that, you’ve got to start your day right.Stop hitting the snooze button. It's been your friend for far too long now, and is beginning to bring you down. Don't worry, you can still catch the snooze button on the weekend but eventually you'll stop needing an alarm clock altogether. None of us like change, so take baby steps. Hit the snooze once, instead of three times. Start with waking up 20 minutes earlier to make breakfast, and eventually add in the exercise.Brahma muhurta is the second last muhurta before sunrise, which is one hour thirty six minutes before sunrise.During the time of Brahma Muhurta, the concentration level is at peak. There is nothing like greeting the new day with the sun rising in front of your eyes. This is one of the benefits people practicing Brahma muhurat in their lives. The sun slowly rises and gets brighter each minute that is passing by.

When you wake up in the morning, write down three things you're thankful for. It gets your brain moving and gets you in a good mood because you realize that it's pretty easy to find three things.Set an intention for the day – An intention is not the same as a goal. A goal says you’ll write 2 blog posts and  complete your project presentation before dead line. An intention says you’ll do everything with care, put your best into every task and bring your genius to work. Intention goes deeper than goals.

Studies have shown “morning people” are often more positive, more optimistic and more likely to experience satisfaction in their lives. While several night owls are known for their creativity, they can also pay the price by becoming more likely to succumb to depression .Drive out the Depression .Invite the bright Mornings filled with Magical Hours.
